I was pleasantly surprised by the character and cleanliness of this hotel, especially considering the value for money. The location was convenient with a supermarket nearby and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.

Excellent quality/price level and services

The hunting decor gave us major vibes and our rooms were cozy and quiet. We had a blast exploring Hanover and checking out the cool street art in the city. The S-Bahn station nearby made it super easy to get around. Best of all, the evening host was hella cool and made us feel welcomed.

The only thing we wished for was a dedicated hangout spot for us teens. It would've been dope to have a chill area with some games or a lounge where we could kick back and have fun together.

When the room is that large, the very small and old TV's do not fit in. I would suggest larger Flat screen TV's like all Van Der Valk hotels with at least bbc and cnn available in English. Many business travellers spend a lot of time in their rooms n Computors nowaday and as such watch tv. Once in bed the current tv is small at 5 or so meters away. That was my only suggestion & not a complaint

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the airport and easily accessible from the Hamburg-Hannover motorway. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services all exceeding my expectations. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the convenience of the on-site car park. The restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making me feel so welcomed. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and fitness centre, added to the overall comfort and relaxation of my stay.

This used to be a first class hotel. But sadly the interior and facilities in the rooms are outdated. There is no free Wifi. The fitness room is messy and outdated.

I was delighted by the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration reminded me of my childhood home, with beautiful traditional touches that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, allowing me to move around easily with my walker. The accessibility for seniors was excellent, with clear pathways, grab bars in the bathrooms, and elevators available for easy access to different floors. It made my stay truly enjoyable and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance to us seniors. Just a little extra help with carrying our luggage or guiding us to our rooms would have made our vacation even better.

We hit up the dope local skate park and chilled at the sick shopping district. The hotel's vibe was so chill, perfect for a cool group like us.

We had a blast, but we wished there were more party options for us young peeps. A nightclub nearby would have taken our turn-up to another level!

The room was spacious and cleaned daily, including on Sundays. The bathroom was surprisingly large.
